Bid for a rare, one-of-a-kind experience: an exclusive and intimate dinner for four with SLP winner Josephine Chia. Hosted within her very own home, this private evening brings the pages of her recently published book, Ayam Buah Keluak and the Art of Writing: a Memoir on Living Creatively (quite literally) to the table. Guests will be treated to a lovingly prepared Peranakan feast by Josephine herself, who is an experienced cook.
More than a meal, this is a conversation across food and literature: a chance to gather around the table with Josephine, exchange stories, and savour a cuisine steeped in memory and meaning.
