For close to 60 years, SBC has championed writers, illustrators, translators, and educators across Singapore’s four official languages. Through school outreach, mentorships, awards and festivals, we open doors to stories that reflect who we are and who we can become.

Proceeds from this silent auction are managed by Give.Asia and will be directly funded to SBC to support our core programmes, including school outreach programmes, mentorships for emerging writers and translators, and children’s literature platforms such as the Asian Festival of Children’s Content.

**Under the IRAS guidelines, tax deduction for donations apply only to the amount of the contribution that exceeds the fair market value of any auction item or experience that the donor receives in return. As an IPC-registered charity, SBC will be able to provide tax deduction accordingly based on the above IRAS guidelines.

Every bid placed is a vote of confidence in stories that matter. Your generosity helps ensure that young readers are inspired, new voices are nurtured, and that the Singapore literary arts scene continues to thrive for generations to come.
