• Advance reservation is required, and room confirmation is subject to availability.
• E-certificate number must be quoted at the time of reservation and presented upon check-in.
• Valid only for the specified room type and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of legal tender.
• Peak Season surcharge: RM150+ per room per night (subject to 8% SST) applies during June, July, August & September, as well as Eve of or on Public Holidays, School Holidays, and weekends (Fri, Sat & Sun).
• Tourism Tax (TTx): RM10.00 per room per night, applicable to non-Malaysian guests – payable at the hotel.
