Partnered Charity
Image Mission Ltd is a Registered Charity with Institution of a Public Character (IPC) status dedicated to empowering women by helping them achieve economic independence through employment.
Image Mission was founded by Certified Image Professional and Certified Results Coach Li Kin Pang, who was inspired to set up the organisation after volunteering image services to voluntary welfare organisations for several years.
Since our incorporation in March 2015, we have served more than 1,300 women in need through our programmes, Dress for Success® Singapore and IM Ready.
Image Mission manages Dress for Success® Singapore as an affiliate of Dress for Success® Worldwide. Dress for Success® Singapore is an affiliate of international non-profit organisation, Dress for Success® Worldwide and is managed by Image Mission in Singapore. Established in 1997, Dress for Success currently has close to 150 affiliates in 25 countries worldwide.
We are a member of the National Council of Social Service (NCSS) and the Singapore Council of Women’s Organisations (SCWO).

1. What is HeartBid?
HeartBid is a homegrown social enterprise that helps charities and non-profits raise funds through curated auction campaigns — both online and in-person. We partner with social enterprises, businesses, and individuals to contribute unique items and experiences, creating meaningful ways for donors to give.
Beyond technology, HeartBid provides hands-on support in campaign design, promotion, and execution, making fundraising easier for charities while engaging the wider community in a culture of giving.
2. What is the HeartBid Monthly Campaign?
Each month, HeartBid features a charity and highlights unique fundraising experiences and workshops. The campaign provides a platform for charities to showcase their work and engage donors in a fun and interactive way.
3. Can I nominate a charity to be featured?
Yes! We welcome nominations for charities that align with HeartBid’s mission. Please contact us here: https://heartbid.sg/pages/contact
4. How can my organisation participate?
Charities can partner with HeartBid as featured beneficiaries in a campaign. We’ll spotlight your cause and, if suitable, showcase symbolic items or experiences for auction to engage donors.
Social enterprises and businesses can contribute unique products, services, or experiences as auction items. This not only raises funds but also highlights your brand’s social impact to a wider community.
Corporates can collaborate with HeartBid as part of your CSR or workplace giving programmes. We can help you create custom auctions or procure meaningful items and experiences for fundraising initiatives that engage your employees, clients, or partners.
5. Does every guest need to register to participate in an auction?
Yes. All participants must register. Personal information is kept safe and secure in compliance with Singapore’s PDPA guidelines.
6. Are transactions safe and secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely, and funds are fully accounted for before the proceeds are transferred to the featured charity.
