HeartBid's Great Singapore Give Campaign

From now until February 2025, HeartBid is excited to launch a meaningful campaign as part of The Great Singapore Give and SG Cares Giving Week.

This year, we are proud to support Special Olympics Singapore, the Down Syndrome Association, and the United Indian Muslim Association through our auction events happening in January and February 2025.

We invite individuals and social enterprises to contribute unique products, exclusive experiences, or engaging workshops for auction. Your generous donations will help raise funds for these charities, enabling them to continue their impactful work and uplift the communities they serve.

By donating high-quality items or one-of-a-kind experiences, you can be a part of this meaningful effort to create a positive impact.

With your support, we can help charities thrive. Please fill in our Google form if you are keen to donate your items.

Together, let’s support these inspiring organizations—one re-gifted item at a time!

Do find our donation form here.

Have any questions? Contact us at partnerships@heartbid.sg.

3. 📦 How can I donate my item(s)?

Share with us more details via the donation form. We will get in touch with you within 3 days!

4. ⚠️ Are there any items you don’t accept?

Due to the nature of our auction, we do not accept perishable goods, hazardous materials or items with personal information. Please feel free to drop us an email if you need more clarification!

5. 🤔 Can I ask for my item back after I donate it?

We hope to auction all the items off. In the rare chance where the item is not auctioned off, we may contact you to return the item.

Unfortunately, we are unable to return donated items once they have been received and processed. Our system is designed to manage donations securely and efficiently, and items may be stored, photographed, or prepared for auction soon after donation. Because of this, we cannot accommodate requests to retrieve items after donation.

6. 💌 Can I bid on the items that I donated?

Absolutely! Do encourage your friends and loved ones to bid on the items!

7. 🔔 How will you be notified?

Stay tuned to our social media to get updates on our events! We will also be sending up email updates. We are excited to bring you on this journey with us and will definitely keep you in the loop.

8. 🎄Can I donate anonymously?

Of course! While we may still need your contact details for logistical purposes, we will respect your wish for anonymity in all public-facing materials. Just indicate your choice to remain anonymous when filling up the donation form!
